MY METHOD

1. Adult-specific flexibility training refined through 8 years of specialised coaching experience. I got flexible as an adult. Now I teach other how to do it too.

2. Most flexibility programs ignore anatomy, relying on tradition over evidence. I use science-based methods combining flexibility, stability, and strength for safe, sustainable progress.

3. Two for One. Stretching with me is a workout (similar to yoga or pilates) so you will get both flexible and fit as            we go.                                                  

4. There are no shortcuts.If you want splits in 3 weeks, I’m not your coach as my brand it to sell you the truth. Nothing good comes fast. Lasting and healthy flexibility takes time.
